RIO GRANDE VALLEY 2019  

Birding in some of the most rugged habitats of North America. This 2-day workshop will cover the basics of bird photography, how perches are set up, what not to do while shooting at a setup, how to attract birds to a setup and basics of using fill flash.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

  • This is a very relaxed trip and involves no walking. We will shoot from bird hides.  

 

 

SUGGESTED GEAR:

 

  • Digital SLR 

  • Your longest telephoto lens 500/600 

  • A shorter telephoto like 300/400 

  • A sturdy tripod 

  • A flash with flash bracket (optional gear)

  • The cost of this tour is USD 900 per person 

  • A deposit amount of USD 300 is required to book your spot

PAYMENT POLICY

20% payment to confirm your seat and the remaining 60 days before the trip start date. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​Booking amount is non-refundable. 

Remaining amount - 80% refund if canceled before 30 days of the tour. No refund beyond that period 

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment and yourself while traveling. 

 

Our tours do not take the liability for your flight cancelations, medical expenses, gear damage, accidents, natural disasters, extended stays and other unforeseen emergencies.
