Terms & Conditions 

Tour Price 

Please refer to the individual tour pages for tour price. 

 

What’s Included?

  • All meals and transfers 

  • Guide and Photography Skipper services

  • Multiple-flash photography setup to photograph hummingbirds

What’s Not Included?

  • All airfare, airport departure tax 

  • Any extra accommodation 

  • Any meals on day one

  • Insurance, laundry and phone calls 

  • Vaccination, visa and insurance expenses 

  • All applicable taxes 

  • Anything that is not included in the inclusions list

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance deposit of USD 1000 is required to confirm your spot in the group workshop, a registration confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address upon receipt of the advance deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due in full 90 days before the start of the workshop. 
     

Cancellation Fees

  • The workshop cancellation policy states that:
    •    50% of the payment if canceled 60 days before the tour start date 
    •    75% of the payment if canceled between 59-46 days before the tour start date 
    •    No refund if canceled within 45 days

All figures per person.

Please note: The date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculation of the cancellation fees.
